Character Name - Level - Race: Sylador - 80 - Night Elf
Desired Raiding Spec: Restoration
Can You Make Our Raid Times: Yes, they are fine. I like late night.

Previous Guild(s) and reason for leaving:
Awakened - GM quit, someone new took over. Never cared for him and guild went downhill, filled with a bunch of idiots.
The Fallen Angels - Current guild. Just some friends from real life, we just PuG stuff and what not; would be leaving on fine terms.
Reason for your interest in Rififi:
Now with summer and college I have much more time for raiding and I like these late night times. Won't interfere too much with my personal life and thats how I want WoW to be. I also want to start progressing in 25 man content again, something I seriously haven't done since TBC and leaving Awakened.
1) Discuss the effort you've made in acquiring reputation with factions in Wrath of the Lich King, including the Sons of Hodir.
Minimal. I got exalted with a couple of factions (Wyrmrest and Kirin'tor), almost exalted with Argent Crusade. Never started in Storm Pearks or with Sons of Hodir, not gonna lie about that. Got burned out on rep with TBC and already have Scryer exalted shoulder enchants. I just recently started the Sons of Hodir chain, but haven't taken it far enough for dailies etc.
2) Our Raid Leader doesn't talk in vent. Ever. In our opinion this does not lead to a lack of communication and we feel like he's by far the best player in the guild for this particular task, and therefore we express no discontent. Will reading raid strategies rather than hearing on vent them frustrate you and leave you with any sort of hostile feelings towards the guild in general?
I always read strategies and that won't change. It's fine that the leader doesn't talk in vent as long as I know what I'm doing (I'll try my best to do so) and as long as it is made clear to me who I am healing etc etc.
3) Please describe your DPS rotation, general Healing Theory, or tanking stratagem. For whichever applies, discuss your glyphs and how they benefit you.
For healing it's pretty broad. I still lifebloom the main tank, I feel like that is a niche that resto druids fill nicely and it doesn't ever put a strain on my mana; if I feel like it will strain me, I stop stacking. Other than that, I throw rejuvenations, lifeblooms, regrowths, nourishes where needed on damaged DPS and keep regrowth and rejuvenation on the tank. Wild Growth is obviously thrown around when there are multiple people with damage done. My major glyphs are innervate, for the increased regn; lifebloom, so I don't have to stack it so often; and Wild Growth for the extra target.
4) We hold some players' Dual-Spec in higher regard than others. Do you have dual-spec? What is it, and will you be pissed if we give another player off-set gear over you based on a stronger likelihood of his or her raiding as that spec to suit the guild's need for a specific encounter? Are you willing and capable of being a player with a "useful" secondary raiding spec?
Yes I have dual spec. My dual spec is currently balanace and I rarely use it, I do however know how to play it. Giving another player offspec gear for it is fine, a lot of my restoration gear can double over and a large portion of the stats are shared between restoration and balance anyway. I can pull off a decent amount of DPS as balance, and have a decent set of gear for it; and I would spec it if needed, but it is not my preferred spec.
5) What is the most difficult encounter you've dealt with in the current patch? Why did you choose this one and how did you handle it?
With the most current patch I haven't progressed extremely far. I guess Thorim is interesting enough to heal, as is Hodir; Emalon 25 man was a bit of a pain before the nerf. They involve decently large amounts of group damage which makes healing that much harder. I simply need to focus more and make sure everyone stays as close to topped off as possible.
6) Do you have any references on the Dragonblight server? Who?
Eh probably not. I raided with you guys once. I have some friends in my guild but none who really know you guys I'd assume.
7) If you bitch about not getting loot we probably will just not really consider you for gear. Similarly, if you don't get the best enchants/gems on the loot we do give you, we'll probably not give you any more until no one else needs the items. Are you still interested in Rififi?
I think loot should be spread as much as possible so I wouldn't complain if someone got something over me, especially in a fair system. I try to enchant my gear as best as I can, there are a couple exceptions in my current setup simply because they aren't the best pieces of gear obtainable, however any loot I received would be an upgrade and I would enchant it accordingly.
8) What in your preferred raiding spec will benefit the raid? Answer this however you see appropriate.
My spec is mainly focused around main tank healing with Living Seed and increased crit talents. I also have talents that increase my haste, hopefully for pinch moments. Tree form benefits healing overall and I also play with revitalize sometimes for raid benefit but it isn't my preferred spec.
9) Are you a Ret Paladin who either is retarded or has Buiden listed as a reference?
No.
10) Seriously, our Raid Leader doesn't' talk on vent and our GM often jokes about being a homosexual (no one is sure if he's kidding). If you join, are you going to make fun of them?
No sir.
